Terrible Bathroom
All staff are super helpful and polite, however, the towels provided and the bedding look a bit dirty (they’re not white but grey) so we didn’t use it. There are lots of stains on the seat cushions of the two chairs so we didn’t use it either.
The bathroom was terrible. First, the shower curtain got all mouldy. Second, the water just wouldn’t drain out throughout the whole showering process. We reported it to the staff on the first night and the staff immediately sent a technician to fix it the next morning. Yet, the same thing happened on the second night so I asked for a change of room but the staff insisted to send the technician again the next day and said bookings are full. They sent me a video to show the drainage system functioned properly after the repair. Sadly, the very same thing happened on the third night (In fact, it got worse) and I didn’t report it again because the only solution was to arrange a new room. I checked on Agoda and it showed that different kinds of rooms were still available for the next few days, I couldn’t understand why we were not arranged to stay in another room and let us suffer for four nights.
A kindergarten was right in front of the hotel so it got quite noisy in the morning. And you could hear clearly whoever walked past your room.
