This Red Roof Inn is gross. Or at least the room they had me stay in.
I originally went across the street to Days Inn but as soon as I walked into the room at that hotel it was old, dirty, crusty and it reeked of cigarette smoke. I immediately cancelled my reservation and went across the street to Red Roof.
When I got there, there was no receptionist up front, she was called because I was literally out there waiting before housekeeping called her out to provide service. A lady named PAULA came out from the back ON THE PHONE, never asked me to wait yet continued with her phone call.
I arrived early and needed an early check in. They had no clean rooms for an early check in so Paula checked, there was a room with double beds, no hospitality whatsoever, instead of just charging me the early check in fee, she charged me the early check in plus $45 extra for the room because it had double beds even though I had a reservation for a king and all I needed was a couple of hours to sleep.
Upon reaching the room, I realized it was just as gross as the Days Inn. I pulled the sheets back to get some rest and I found different colored human hairs along with animal hairs in the bed. Same with the other bed. I placed the sheets back on the bed and slept on top of all the sheets because who sleeps in that. Next day I asked the housekeepers for service later, never received any. At night, expect roaches and shady looking people around. The entire property is rundown. Never again. Rm 231
