Wonderful Place!
The service from the moment we stepped out of the car until after we checked-out was exceptional. The staff was very helpful, courteous and professional, accommodated every request we made. The pool was the most beautiful pool and pool room I have seen anywhere!

This hotel is great! The staff is so helpful and friendly, the rooms are great (even though they might need an update), the pool is fantastic and so soooooo beautiful. There's food/shopping/activities all within walking distance. We are local to Chicago, and love staying here.

Hotel is very elegant and clean. My room was rather small. We enjoyed the pool and all the views. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom was a good size. One thing I wish it had was a table to eat. No chairs in my room. The location is amazing.

Great place to stay and we will be back!
It was a really good stay! The pool is amazing! It was sooooo nice to have a Starbucks right as you walk in. Our heat wasn’t working right and they sent a technician up right away and he fixed it in like 10 minutes. The beds were a little hard, but I’m a side sleeper so they’re probably perfect for back sleepers. Everybody was so nice and helpful!
