VERY HARD AND EXPENSIVE TO GET TO, TAXI AND FERRY TOGETHER, WERE VERY HIGH. NO HELP AT THE FRONT DESK, JUST DEAL WITH IT.
THE CHARGE 1,800 PESOS, TO DRIVE BACK TO THE AIRPORT.
BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, BUT I WOULD NOT GO BACK FOR THE BREAKFAST. FRONT DESK STAFF, SEEMED LOST AND UNABLE OR UNWILLING TO ANSWER EVER SIMPLE QUESTIONS.

The place was okay but the staff don’t know their job especially in the front desk .I booked thru online I showed them my booked reference and everything they said that they haven’t have an experienced that their customer purchased thru orbitz they put us on hold waiting for so long to get in and after talking different staff they finally gave us the key.The room that I purchased wasn’t not the room that I booked they gave us only 1 bed instead of 2 so I called them to bring 2 folding beds.When I checked out again they gave us a hard time/hassles.They said they have to put us on hold because they have to verify with orbitz I told them you know this is not my problem I got all the documents that I was booked thru orbitz and orbitz took money in my account.I don’t understand why you allowed orbitz to do the transactions on line then you guys won’t trust them.They were gonna charge us again but I was really mad and charge us extra because they said they gave us suit room.After talking back and forth the manager came and showed her everything I had and I told her you guys should talk to orbitz not to give your customers a hard time and you are wasting my time.I won’t never come back again because the front desk staff were unprofessionals.
