The listing says 24 hour front desk, but actually it was only morning through 3 pm. I asked what happens if I lose the key, and was told not to do that. But there is a phone number that hopefully rolls over.
Located above a restaurant area, it was hard to sleep because I could hear people happily enjoying themselves, sometimes with music, until 4 AM on the weekends and 2 AM otherwise. This is probably the case for any hotel above outdoor restaurants.
These restaurants are closed when tourists like to eat breakfast, but there are some places you can walk to.
I didn't mind not having an elevator, but you should ask how many floors there are if walking up three flights is a problem. The man happily carried my suitcase up, though. Staff was nice.
My room had a small step going from the front door, which you could trip on if you got distracted. The liquid soap for the shower did not come out in comfortable quantities. The room's floor was very beautiful, but slippery when wet.
It is extremely convenient to the Colosseum and its metro stop.
The staff was so nice I feel bad about writing all these negative things. I'd actually consider staying there again if I was on a vacation schedule instead of a "business schedule"
