Non funziona niente in questo hotel ..sporco ..senza asciugamani ..in 7 giorni una volta é stata pulita la camera..senza parlare della colazione...pietosa

Lage Top - Hotel Flop

Leider hat dieses Hotel zu einem eher enttäuschenden Urlaub beigetragen. Wir haben einen Aufpreis für ein schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick bezahlt und vom Hotelpersonal das kleinste Economy-Zimmer mit Blick an die Wand des Nachbarhotels (und Duschkopf über der Toilette) zugeteilt bekommen. Aufgrund fehlender Englischkenntnisse von Seiten des Personals enstanden Kommunikationsprobleme, die aber die Ignoranz unserer Beschwerden wegen des falschen Zimmers nicht entschuldigen können. Nach Äußerung diverser Unannehmlichkeiten bei Expedia bekamen wir dann ein neues besseres Zimmer für die letzten paar verbleibenden Urlaubstage, auf diesem Weg noch einmal vielen Dank an Expedia! Auch das Frühstück war nicht gerade umfangreich und einladend. Schade, dass der Urlaub so schlecht starten musste.
