Thank God they had comfortable pillows; was able to get a great nights rest. Room was very clean and AC was powerful. Breakfast (upgrade option) was a journey over to Loma, but the food there was outstanding. Just 3 minute walk to a 7-11 and 6 minute walk to Universal. MRT access next to the 7-11 makes Sentosa very easy to travel to the gardens and beaches.

We arrived early and it was raining. Amelia the lady who checked us in chatted to her manager who kindly upgraded us so we could check in straight away. The staff always had a smile on their faces. It is so well situated, walking distance to SEA aquarium, waterworld and universal. The express is right outside and takes you everything else. Would recommend this hotel

Rooms are great except our request for rooms near the lift for the oldies was not reserved for us despite the fact that we book many days before our trip. some of the servicing staffs are good but some needs more improvement as they are not paying attention on customer.
