On the map, this property looks like it's right outside the train station. What you can't see is that the elevators at the train station don't work, so you have to lug your luggage up and down stairs and past a partially demolished old hotel/apartment building. We were sweating by the time we got to the hotel. Upon entering the room, we saw dirt on the floor immediately and the smell of cigarettes was so heavy. We went to the desk and they did give us a different room. The room itself was fine, but the front room with two beds did not have a TV, so while we wanted to relax and have some space after long travel, the kids had no TV to entertain them. Location was OK, if you're going to take the train everywhere, but all dining options are roughly a 15 minute walk away. The family above us were early risers, so they woke us, no real sound barrier.
The staff was the highlight of this hotel for us.
