Easy friendly check in, and surprised when we got to our apartment we had been upgraded to two bedrooms. Funnily we were there to see Crowded House, and our accomodation turned out to be anything but! Great apartment and facilities , location convenient to transport, coffee shops, eateries and convenience stores, Melbourne Central. would definitely recommend

I sent the property an email in regard to an upgrade as per my Gold status. Zero response. Upon arrival I was booked into a small room facing a brick wall. This was a three day stay which had been booked for months earlier. The manager did finally upgrade me to a better room.

The only downside was check in. My full first name was not on the booking, so they would not let me check in until the name was changed through hotels.com officially. “Name does not match Licence”. Anyway, after a delay of 30 minutes, we could check in. Other than that, I would stay there again.

More than happy with our stay at Pegasus. We were in a 2 bedroom apartment for one night & the rooms are nicely decorated & have everything you need. Car park was easily accessible & spaces were big enough. The spa & pool area is great. Towels handy & there were robes in the room so we could wear them down to the pool. The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to Vic Market & within walking distance to shopping & restaurants. Staff at the front counter were polite & friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

Great hotel
We stayed in the circus themed room. The Mario room was our first preference but that’s ok maybe next time. Nothing was too much trouble for staff, the children’s room had a gaming console but the pool is always the kids favourite. Thank you for another wonderful stay!
