Great hotel and staff 10/10. Mostafa was a gentleman and he helped me with my luggage and other questions. I stayed at the Sama Hotel which is a sister building a block from the white swan hotel. I booked with the white swan, and i had a difficult time finding this hotel. The Sama hotel is really nice so is white swan both staff teams are very helpful. As a woman I do advise you enter and exit the building with a man at night (at sama hotel) there is a hookah cafe right outside and a lot of men. Take safety precautions at night but other than that it’s very safe and clean. Pricing was very fair for the room and affordable.

Furthermore, the staff were remarkably attentive and professional, ensuring every request was met perfectly. Despite having a balcony overlooking the street, I enjoyed a quiet and restful stay, free from any outside noise. I highly recommend this hotel and give it a well-deserved 10/10."
