5 min from Airport, room is clean , nice bed, the room service is not with 4 star standards. Very safe and secure.
Staff are varies between professional and I’m professional. You have to be wise and keep the good communication.
Arrange everything by your self if you wanna go for a tourist visit .
The hotel need to be reviewed more with thier room booking’s condition to be refundable.
I had serious issues and hotel wasn’t responding in the way how it should be when it come to medical conditions.
They don’t care about you and stick to their right, but with extraordinary circumstances things can be changes/done.
Don’t rely on the management if you have a problem, you will or urgent things happened, don’t rely on them to work with you. This from an experience incident with my self in-terms if you have to not continue with your Stay , but in changing rooms or check out / inn process they are very good.
Managment more lenient and considering when it comes to medical situation: treatments plans or any urgent circumstances. The decision maker should be available and known and evaluate and spend time with guests.
Last things please send notes to guest when you have maintenance or any sudden circumstances happened like water cuttoff due to sudden damage for water pipes in the hotel. Hotel should have a replacement plan and not the guest got surprised in his room!!
