Although it is stated during the reservation process that card payments are accepted, when it came time to pay they refused to accept my card and insisted on cash payment instead. Eventually, they agreed to accept a bank transfer via IBAN. However, they were unwilling to wait the two days it took for the transfer to be processed. Despite the fact that I had already made the IBAN transfer, they repeatedly pressured me to pay in cash as well and told me to sort the matter out with my bank afterward. Breakfast is advertised as starting at 7:00 a.m., but in reality it starts at 8:00 a.m. The swimming pool does not have a fixed cleaning schedule. Several times we had to leave and come back later or wait for the cleaning to be finished, even though we had arranged our pool usage in advance. In addition, the pool is unavailable at certain times because it is rented out to people who are not hotel guests, and we were not informed of this beforehand. The rooms do not have enough furniture—there are no chairs, sofas, or tables, or not enough of them to make the room comfortable. On the positive side, the hotel has convenient access to the city and nearby attractions. The staff were generally kind, helpful, and friendly. However, the management needs significant improvement in terms of organization and professionalism.
