8/10 Very good

Lovely staff, Hadice and Nurullah were outstanding hosts, friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and my single room, although small, was suitable for me. The only down side is it faces onto the communal courtyard which means it can be noisy in the evening and in the early morning. But most of the other rooms do not face onto the courtyard.. I would return if I came back to Sanliurfa! Value for money.

There was nobody on check in when we arrived. We knew the name of our room and the key was in the door, so we let ourselves in. The room neededairing as the shower room was smelly

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Hatice Hanım’s homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious, and everything was freshly made. This is a lovely family run hotel, and everyone, including their children, was kind and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, and the hotel truly reflects the spirit of Şanlıurfa. It is also within easy walking distance of Balıklıgöl and the historic bazaar. A special thanks to Mehmet Bey, who kindly drove us to the bus station late in the evening without expecting anything in return. We truly appreciated his kindness. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Şanlıurfa.
