Positives: Location was very convenient, staff was great, place was nice and clean. Negatives: The toilet in the room didn’t work properly and the only option was to use a bathroom in another room or deal with the toilet as it was. the beds were not comfortable. The breakfast was definitely not impressive.

I won't be booking at a Motel 6 again - the beds were terrible there was a very hard memory foam topper on the mattress - not comfortable at all, it was VERY noisy - people in the hall talking and laughing and slamming doors until 3 am - the room doors were not sound proof, you could see daylight around the entire door. After driving for 12 hours travelling home, getting a room that is comfortable and reasonably quiet shouldn't be too much to ask. They advertise "free breakfast" but only offer muffins and cereal - not an option for someone who needs gluten free! There were lots of options for rooms, but we chose motel 6 because it was just off the highway - really unhappy with this hotel.

There were a couple small issues with our room that were inconvenient but not enough for a negative overall review, such as the tv did not work and the desk counter top had obviously not been cleaned. The room was nicely renovated, the curtains were great at keeping the room dark in the morning.
