This is an exceptional hotel. It is managed meticulously by the wonderful Ms Chin, a kind, caring and helpful lady. On check-in I was given a delicious welcome drink and on Chinese New Year’s Day I was very kindly given a traditional gift.
My immaculate 3rd floor room (301) was spotlessly clean, well appointed, bright and sunny. The location was perfect too being just a very short walk from many eateries, an interesting local food market (great for breakfasts) and other amenities including a...

Me, personally, love the hotel. Everything is just fine to me. The mattress and pillows are medium-firm which works just fine for me.
However, this hotel is not suitable for the seniors or people with accessability problem as every guest needs to climb up number of steps to the room. It is not really a pleasure moment for my mom.
Nonetheless, the staffs are very helpful on fixing the problem. Really appreciated.
If you are not having mobility problem, this will be one of the most value...

Overall it was a nice hotel to stay. Staff were great
I came off peak so in midweek the breakfast was little choice but weekend was much more.
View from room 701 is nice.
Only problem I find is that the hand basin didn't have hot water. Shower was fine.
Reception staff helpful in many ways.

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Hat Yai
Book for the cheapest times: Visiting Hat Yai on a budget is a great value for money, particularly between August and October, as hotel prices may drop during this period. For a truly immersive experience of the city's landmarks, historical sites, and cultural attractions — including festivals, temples, gardens, shopping districts, and Chinatown — it is advisable to plan for a stay of at least 2 to 3 days. This affordable trip offers a chance to explore the rich heritage and budget-friendly atmosphere of Hat Yai while enjoying lower prices on accommodations.
Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: For Hat Yai accommodations, you may discover excellent hotel deals by exploring the Dealsopens in new window section on Hotels.com. If you're planning a spontaneous trip, the Last-Minute Deals area could offer discounted options close to your travel date. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool on the app enables you to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you’re more likely to find the best accommodation deals for your stay.
Be flexible with dates: Prices may vary depending on factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and season, so being flexible with your dates could help you save on your stay at a Hat Yai hotel. For those seeking a distinctive experience, boutique hotels may offer a more personalised touch and potentially better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your selected dates is above or below the average, and if it appears to be on the higher side, we may suggest more affordable dates to help you find a better deal.
Consider your location: Hotels near the city centre generally tend to command higher prices; however, thanks to Hat Yai's superb public transport connections, you may find that an independently owned hotel situated further afield is more likely to be affordable yet still well linked. For those wishing to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
