I booked this pousada for my mom and her partner, and they absolutely loved it! She told me how beautiful the place is. Everything is brand new, the service is excellent, and the hosts were incredibly friendly, offering great recommendations for places to eat and visit. She said she felt right at home, and they’re already eager to return. Hopefully, I’ll join them next time I visit Brazil.

Clean room, beautifully decorated. Staff exceptional - helpful, calm, attentive. Beautiful pool to keep cool with massage jets. 2 min walk to the beach with good connections to natural pools and other beaches. Can be booked through reception. Perfect location and atmosphere, could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Special mention to the Barman “Cidi” and receptionist “Larissa”, who made us feel very welcome. They are both a credit to the hotel. Thank you!!

O hotel é novo, muito funcional, mas possui pequenos problemas que atrapalham a estadia. Reservamos o quarto triplo, a foto mostrava a cama de casal e uma de solteiro, mas não prestei atenção que na descrição não era uma cama de solteiro e sim uma bicama. Não teria problemas se tivesse um colchão na bicama, mesmo que fino, mas era apenas um pedaço de madeira, um box super desconfortável, igual dormir no chão. Reclamamos e o hotel disse que era dessa forma mesmo, achei desonesto colocar a foto de uma forma e o descritivo diferente. A outra cama é confortável, chuveiro bom, quarto um pouco apertado, mas espaço bem aproveitado. O café da manhã é ok, nada extraordinário, pessoal é bem devagar para fazer os pedidos. Funcionários são neutros, nem amáveis e nem desagradáveis. Por ser um hotel pequeno poderiam investir em um atendimento diferenciado, achei tudo muito impessoal. Necessário melhorar o atendimento, enviei mensagem dois meses antes da hospedagem no WhatsApp pedindo uma informação e nunca fui respondida; ligamos na recepção para resolver um problema e fomos atendidos somente na terceira tentativa. A localização é muito boa, há uma quadra da praia, bem próximo do caminho de Moisés, com comércio diversificado. É um hotel que vale a pena, mas necessita corrigir essas falhas.

Minha experiência na Pousada Amaraiz foi muito positiva. O atendimento é excelente, com pessoas extremamente gentis, educadas e sempre dispostas a ajudar. O ambiente é lindo, bem cuidado, e o quarto estava muito limpo e organizado, o que traz bastante conforto. A localização também é um ponto forte: fica a apenas uma rua da praia, em uma área tranquila e segura, ideal para descansar. Como sugestão de melhoria, a limpeza da piscina poderia ser mais frequente, e senti falta de serviço de comida após as 15h, o que faria bastante diferença para os hóspedes. No geral, é uma pousada aconchegante, bem localizada e com um atendimento que realmente se destaca. Pretendemos retornar logo!
