Staff was humble and polite and hotel neat and clean. But only one thing was missing there. It is a blanket not in the room rest of all facilities i like there.

The property has great staff and serves excellent meals. Generally the hotel is in very good order and the rooms are clean and inviting. The outer wooden door to my hotel refrigerator was not in a good state and the sliding door of the wardrobe didn’t work properly. Also the outdoor pool was empty and looked unsightly. The staff are absolutely excellent, friendly helpful and professional.

Loved our stay here. The most perfect location. Staff were amazing and helpful. Very peaceful and quiet. Situated right by all the restaurants. Definitely recommend.

Great location with regards proximity to the airport and centre of Valencia. The hotel itself is in a brand new condition with very friendly staff and a fantastic outside pool. Very reasonable bar prices and room service costs.

During the 3rd day in spain, i was staying at the Hotel Tactica Valencia. after visit from Ibist compariably no doubt about the 4 star, room was better organized, clean and great amenities. it feels unfortunate that i only stayed one day, which was not enough to experience the hotel. but access to the hotel was great from Valencia, and for the value, the hotel was more than satisfactory. won't regret the visit.

What an excellent place! Good location about half way between the old town and the beach. The apartments are beautifully furnished and have virtually everything you need for a great stay. (Minor point - there was no kettle or oven in the kitchen area so you're limited to the hob and microwave.) The apartments were cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels. Stayed here for 2 nights while at a conference. Very conveniently located for the conference centre. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the Jacuzzi baths in each room are a nice touch. Laundry service was excellent. The rooftop pool, gym and sunbathing area are very pleasant and the view across Valencia from the roof is stunning! A really great stay at this hotel, really easy to get around with 2 metro’s near, and plenty of buses. The pool is a great little addition, and is very well maintained (the whole hotel was really). Food was also very good, and breakfast was excellent, everything was always available. Staff are very nice despite not speaking a lot of English. The room was very clean, and the bed very comfy, great nights sleep. Housekeeping was also very friendly! Would recommend this hotel.

4 days in Valencia for the MotoGP. Great base to start off from. Metro station is about 300metres from the front door. Go out the front door, turn right, keep walking for about 200 metres and you will see the metro just on around the corner. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room serviced everyday. Very comfortable room, clean and tidy throughout.

The hotel staff were welcoming and check in and check out were easy. Our room was good. We loiked it's clean, modern design. There are plenty of places nearby for breakfast or dinner. It's very close to the ity of Arts and Culture and a 40 minute pleansant walk to the city centre. We did that walk three times but the bus is also quick and easy.

Very comfortable room; spacious, spotless. Fab bathroom, mushroom shower, double sinks. A sliding door for WC. Breakfast excellent, premium fresh ingredients. Great location for both the city and a 15 minute bus ride from the beach. Easy to get to from the airport on the metro and is a 2,minute walk to the hotel from metro station. Good breakfast and large rooms.

This is a great hotel for the price. The rooms are a little bare but the bed is huge. Breakfast was just ok but there isn't really anywhere local for breakfast so you should book it.

Property is good clean with very helpful staff Next door is a large shopping centre with a lovely food court and cinema.Local bus service is next to McDonalds so all round our stay was worthwhile

Having stayed in a Westin hotel before I knew what to expect, high level of service and a quality hotel. Staff were very attentive and helpful offering a selection of rooms to chose from. The room we chose was very spacious and had a walk in wardrobe area with large luxury bathroom and separate toilet. The spa looked very nice although we didn't use it on our stay. We can't fault this hotel, we had a two night stay with a great room and an amazingly comfortable bed. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is great, close to lots of shopping areas and all the plazas with a great choice of restaurants and coffee shops.
