Superb stay, found a real gem which ticks all the boxes.. very warm welcome, couldn’t fault the room or amenities and perfectly positioned just a couple of minutes walk from the sea front. Federica was a wonderful host and couldn’t have done more to make our stay any better. Definitely one to keep a record of as we would happily stay here again. A bonus if you are departing on a cruise is that the coach pick up point for the ships is a short walk away. Highly recommended. Thank you Federica for a wonderful stay we look forward to staying with you in the future.

We had a lovely stay with Federica prior to our cruise. She helped with arranging private airport transfer a deven transfer back after the cruise if needed. The room was lovely and breakfast a really nice touch. We will definitely stay here again if taking a cruise. Thank you very much

This property is super cute and super convenient regarding proximity to the port. The hostess met us upon our arrival, showed us where everything was and suggested restaurants. The next morning she provided a lovely breakfast including cappuccinos. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location near the cruise port. Federico and her husband were gracious, met us promptly at arrival and helped us with our bags. They provided breakfast and the entire visit was incredibly enjoyable. They were so knowledgeable of the local restaurants, cruise boarding best practices and more. We would definitely stay with them again.

Had a great time at the Casa Dharma. Best staff and breakfast. We were the only guests, so very quiet within the apartment. The nearby neighborhood was full of wonderful restaurants and young soccer boys ( noise ) but everyone was friendly.

I stayed overnight in advance of a cruise and had a great stay! The location was ideal - easily walkable from the train station and the cruise port shuttle as well as the city centre and many shops/ restaurants. The room was clean and quiet with an amazing breakfast spread. Federica was lovely and very helpful! As a solo female traveler I felt safe and comfortable - I would happily stay at Cash Dharma again and recommend it for anyone leaving on a cruise from Civitavecchia.

The room was absolutely spotless. Federica was warm and welcoming. The room was large and the bath was more than adequate. The location is excellent especially if you are heading out on a cruise. Max will get you tight to the ship. The are numerous choices for meals and a nice continental breakfast is included. This was a great value, an excellent environment and a warm, friendly hostess.

Casa Dharma guest house was a great place. The room was very nice. Great location and very quiet and clean. Federica is awesome she provided an awesome breakfast and checks to make sure everything with the room is good. It's very close to the port terminal. About a 15 minute walk to the free shuttle. We will definitely be staying here on future visits to Chivitavecia. I highly recommend and appreciate the experience.

Frederica was wonderful! She made sure I had everything I needed. Espresso, pastry, toast for breakfast was great! Also available was coffee / espresso, juices and water throughout the stay for no additional charge. Bed was comfortable and room was nice and clean. Area has a lot of things in walking distance. Frederica also arranged for a driver to pick me up from airport, take me to cruise terminal next day and pick me up upon my return from cruise to rail station (pay driver arranged fee in advance). I would highly recommend staying here!!!

Federica and Max, the proprietors of Casa Dharma Guest House, are truly wonderful hosts. Our communication with them leading up to our arrival was consistently excellent; they were always prompt in their responses to my inquiries. Upon our arrival, Federica was kindly waiting outside for us as our car service approached. She graciously assisted with our luggage. Casa Dharma offers two available bedrooms, each featuring a private bathroom. We had the pleasure of staying in room 1, which was delightful and quite spacious. It included a charming small balcony that overlooked the street below. There is a shared kitchen area, suitable for light use (no cooking), equipped with two tables, each accompanied by two chairs. Guests are provided with two dedicated shelves in the refrigerator for their convenience. A selection of snacks, fruit, milk, juice, water, coffee, and tea are thoughtfully provided in the kitchen. Federica graciously serves an Italian breakfast each morning at 8:30 am. The breakfast spread included croissants, small fruit tarts, donuts, fresh fruit, yogurt, and an option for toast with ham and cheese. Milk, juice, coffee, tea, and cappuccino were also available. Our room and bathroom were impeccably clean. The bed was very comfortable, and extra blankets were readily available if needed. Each room is equipped with both heating and air-conditioning for your comfort.

My husband and I stayed for only one night at Casa Dharma before boarding our cruise. What an absolutely awesome start to our vacation! Location was extremely close to port. Federica and Massimiliano were so wonderful! She met us upon arrival with a warm welcome and made breakfast for us the next day)! He picked us up from airport and dropped us right at our ship so we didn’t have to walk with luggage. They are both truly lovely people. And the room was so very clean —smelled amazing when we walked in and the bed was so comfortable after a long day of walking through Rome. She had snacks and water in fridge for us, gave us advice on getting to Rome for quick sightseeing, and she even agreed to help me with a painful arm issue (since she’s also a trained massage therapist!) There were countless glowing handwritten messages from previous guests acknowledging how exceptional their stay was. Ours was no different! We wish we could have stayed longer! Would definitely return in future. Grazie per tutto, Federica e Massimiliano!!

Frederica was the BEST hostess EVER! So nice and so very helpful! The balcony view was gorgeous! The room had everything anyone would need and Frederica’s breakfast was fantastic!!!! The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that we only had one night to stay before our cruise.
