Property and staff was great. The area is developing and would be great in few years. As expected from TAj property the staff was absolutely amazing from valet to front desk and all the support staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is rare to find a hotel where every interaction feels both professional and genuinely warm. It’s clear that there is a culture of excellence at Gateway. Home is never about the location, it's about the people that make a home and the staff made our trip feel like a true "home away from home." This might be the first time where we have felt really disappointed in leaving and going back to home. We would have definitely like to have stayed longer.

Simply outstanding, Beach facing room. Awesome service. My dad was feeling unwell, he is 78. They took great care by cooking home food just for him. Overall they gave my family excellent hospitality and kudos to the outstanding team starting from Front desk to Guest hospitality to Kitchen. You guys simply rock!! on behalf of Dilip Sen and Pubali Sen who stayed here in between 30th Sept - 2nd Oct.
