This hotel provided an incredible stay in Santiago. The room was spacious, yet cozy. The shared spaces, including the pool, were clean and never too busy. The breakfast really stood out with so many options to eat and drink. Highly recommend!

Staff was amazing. Rooms very nice . Pool lovely . Massage took some arranging but very reasonable price by NYC standards. Front desk connected us to private tour to Valparaiso which was much less expensive than app offerings. Enjoyed neighborhood and restaurants. Expedia had discount price at time we booked— would reconsider if we had to pay full price . Lovely hotel. Great breakfast too.

The hotel’s grounds, location and facilities (especially the pool) provide a level of peaceful serenity one does not expect to encounter when staying in the middle of a large metropolitan city. The staff were very helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and well serviced throughout our stay. Only thing my wife and I didn’t care for was the layout of our bathroom which was a bit odd, I’d request a room with an additional or sink/vanity not in the bedroom if I were to visit again and a toilet door that closed completely. The private outdoor jacuzzi tub was a very nice touch though.

Goods and bads. Start- they charged me a fife teen hundrd deposit yes a fife teen hundrd deposit when we checked in. I'm from California and never heard of such a high amount for a hotel anywhere in the world of forty five countries not including vrbo luxury. Doesn't state the amount online fyi. Asked about 4 other couples and they only paid two hindred and fity a room deposit odd right?. We paid fife tn hundrd per room. Than they tried to switch us to a cheap room and argue with us about it. We had proof from Expedia and they changed us. Had AC issues all week. Not a great buffet with stale bread towards the end of week but good eggs and free with room. Good- staff was nice- place was nice- hotel was nice. security was good. location is great.

Hôtel très réussi tant par ses parties communes qui ont beaucoup de goût et de confort que par la qualité du service (petit-déjeuner excellent, personnel très disponible et avenant)

It was a wonderful experience.

Cosy and beautiful place. Many restaurants near by and in a original neightborhood.

The staff was amazing! They were so kind and personable. The facilities were very comfortable and relaxing as well. The Aubrey would be my go to if we visit Santiago again.

Very friendly and cared for our health and well being during the Covid Pandemic. Helped arrange everything that we needed. They had just opened the hotel back up due to the pandemic shutdown one week prior, so we were the only ones there during our weekday stay. Easy walking access to the old downtown and right next the the funicular that goes up the Cerro San Cristobal hill. I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

If this had been described as what it is, a funky old mansion turned hotel, we would have steered clear to allow those who like that sort of thing to enjoy it instead of us not. We are not into ‘old and funky” so the condition of the property was not to ‘luxury’ standards for us. A very large B & B with that awkward tea room, not to be found staff, unmaintained facilities, with a ‘Faulty Towers’ feel. Still you want this place to succeed. Are the owners not wealthy enough to clean carpets, man the bar and bring the place up to standards? The staff was eager and very accommodating. I just think they are stuck servicing this dog. Either report the place as funky 3 star and dump the facade or upgrade.

Très bel hôtel ancien, superbement situé

Emplacement idéal en haut de Pio Nono et Constitucion, proche du vivant patio de Bella Vista et des principaux quartiers a visiter. Très bel hôtel, salons int et ext, piscine et son bar, chambre spacieuse. Accueil sympathique et efficace, service du petit déjeuner conciliant quant aux horaires. Très bien !!

Loved The Aubrey!

We loved our stay at The Aubrey! High praise for the staff, who were so helpful and attentive. Fantastic coffee (this coming from a Seattle girl); beautiful, clean pool; best pisco sour of our trip from the cozy bar; and I found myself looking forward to the caramel chocolates delivered to our door every evening. We were warned of the pungent smell of the zoo on the hill above the hotel and the late-night noise from the bar scene of the barrio, which are both occasionally noticeable, but neither would deter us from returning to The Aubrey in the future. High marks!

The Aubrey was a wonderful choice for our final days in Santiago. The hotel has a lovely charm about it, the barman was extremely warm and friendly. The included breakfast was excellent. The rooms although very charming could use a few updates. (Specifically the rugs and desk) they had seen better days! I would otherwise stay here again, the location was perfect!

Fraquissimo

Fiquei desencantado com local, não gostei do acabamento dos quartos. Cafe da manha horrivel, tipo de pousada mesmo, era so um tipo de pao com queijo e pronto. Não tinha frutas. Tinha uma crianca no quarto ao lado, por ser uma casa antiga não tem acustica, não consegui dormir. Enfim, foi horrivel, paguei preco de hotel 5 estrelas e dormi em uma pousada!!!
