We were very happy with our stay at Forty First! The place was exceptionally clean, the location was very convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They even assisted us with parking, which we really appreciated. We had a great experience overall and will definitely be staying here again for our next event. Highly recommend!

Clean and spacious rooms , enjoyed the balcony, unless you have a big SUV or truck parking is not that bad.

Overall an affordable place nearby where we wanted to stay. Check in was via chat and once you figured it out no issues--staff was very responsive and helpful via chat. Some of the hallways were not clean and the walls do let alot of noise in from other units.

The actual hostel was very nice, although the walls felt very thin not keeping out much noise and location wise it wasn’t the best other than that a nice experience.

My stay was wonderful but if you have kids it might not be for you because I got complaints about my kids ages 3 and 1 being kids & because of that I can’t stay there anymore sad to say.

If you JUST need a place to sleep, it’s ok…. -There’s lots of “rules” posted. Quiet Hours, Check out time, late fees. Etc -Unfortunately we stayed during Halloween weekend and a party went on all night in the neighboring homes…. Until 5am. -The bed was rock hard. -The sliding patio door did not latch to lock properly. - Two bath towels were included… and they had bleach stains… -No hand towel for the sink -No wash cloth - Shower curtain had mildew & bacteria… it had no shower liner so the curtain just collects germs… - Bathroom air vent had a collection of dust bunnies -The wall paper had evidence of “quick fix” staples to hold in place. - The bathroom trash bin was … hasn’t been wiped clean in a while.. In the end, overall impression is that this home has a college roommate vibe. It is down the street from the university and convenient to walk to several food places. The biggest “rule” missed here is cleanliness and upkeep. If you just need a place to crash… you would be ok here.

It was a cozy place - one big bed and bathroom and huge closets. BUT - great full sticked kitchen on its own floor. Absolutely great for the price!
