"We stayed here last year and had an excellent experience, so we decided to stay again this year. Firstly we checked in at 9am and understandably the room was ready we returned at 3pm and the room still wasn't ready. We had to wait in the lobby until 4.30pm before getting our room key. The room booking included a complimentary bottle of wine and we were asked if would prefer red, white or rosy but sadly no wine was delivered. I would recommend this hotel as it has a great location but the service needs improving."
