Hilton York
"The staff went out of their way to be helpful. They stored our bags when we were early for check in, there was always infused ice water available in the lobby, and the location was perfect."

Delta Hotels by Marriott York
"Lovely hotel with character. Breakfast was calm and quiet - just what was needed and filled us up for the day! Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean. The lift was very small and made strange noises so not for those who don’t like them! Furniture/ air con etc in rooms does need updating but considering the heat we had an excellent night’s sleep"
Hotel Indigo York by IHG
"Great stay at the Hotel Indigo in York. Staff were very helpful and hospitable. Great location and comfortable rooms. Will return!"
Clayton Hotel Leeds
"Beautiful place to stay. Rooms spacious & tidy. I wish hotel would restock tea/drinks/biscuits if customers staying for more than 1 day; without calling to request even though room was serviced and tidy everyday"
The Grand, York
"We like the staff and the property"
Burn Hall Hotel
"Staff very helpful hotel clean and comfortable would stay again"
Malmaison York
"Staff in reception were friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that on hotels.com there wasn't much said about the opening days of the roof terrace yet had mentioned the terrace so assumed we couldn use it. On arrival we found out it was shut Monday & Tuesday we also found out that you need to book well in all to get a table on the terrace & without a booking you cannot go up to the terrace. The room was great as well as the breakfast.the hotel itself walking distance to station & city centre"
