We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic and the staff are wonderful. Our room was larger than expected and very comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay there again next time we’re in Epernay!

We traveled around France for two weeks, and this was our favorite hotel. The staff is very friendly, we enjoyed the bar downstairs and we loved our room. It was spacious with natural sunlight that was easy to block out. The location was great, too!

10/10 Exceptional

My husband and I booked this hotel to be able to relax and enjoy some champagne sipping for a few days before we went back to the States. So glad we did. This was a perfect hotel to relax and unwind. It is within walking distance to all the Champagne Houses, the best bakery is on the next block, great restaurants and best of all the train station. The staff were warm and friendly and spoke excellent English. The room was cozy and the bed was nice. We hope to make it back at some point.

Positivo localizacao do hotel Nuxe amenities Positive location Nuxe amenities Negative 1. quarto barulhento. It was possible to listen steps sou di g from the floor above 2. The bathroom is in a place with the toilet and o. The other habd is the sink. So it is inconvenient especially st night you have to walk half of the room. 3. We had a terrible night we couldn’t sleep because of the bedroom high tempersture. When we asked the manager in the following morning she checked in a central panel and said that it was turned off. 3. Eu com quase 70 anos tive que carregar sozinha minhas malas por 2 andares de escada Conclusao: nao recomendo esse hotel Finally, when we were leaving the hotel the elevator was broken. Obviously this can happen. The problem was that nobody from hotel staff asked if I need help. Then, I have almost 70y and I had to carry on my luggage for 2 floors. I do not re

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff. Only concern was room ten, loaded with low beams (obviously for support) by precariously placed for guests. One large beam on left side of bed, so dangerous. Even after sliding the bed to right side I managed to smack my head. We felt as if we were crouching every time we were in the room. I’d suggest moving bed to other side of room by door, it’s a bad accident waiting to happen…
