2/10 แย่

The check-in staff were extremely rude and unfriendly. The room was dated and had poor finish quality. As a result, I would not recommend staying at this property.

Hotel viejo, el Studio esta mal acomodado (lámparas camas puestas en lugares incorrectos, no remplazan la botella de agua, el calentado de agua para café fuga…)

Run down hotel with excellent staff

This is a tired, old, dusty hotel with a great location and beautiful views over the bay. But it's best feature is it staff, all of whom were knowledgeable and kind and helpful. So despite the run down bathrooms, dusty corridors and old furniture, I will probably stay here again thanks to the great staff!

8/10 ดีมาก

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I did not ask about wifi when we checked in and was able to connect to the wifi but there was no internet. It was late at night when we returned to the hotel so I used my phone as a hotspot. The hotel lives up to its name as the view (nof=view) was special.

4/10 ค่อนข้างดี

Room smelled of cigarette smoke, has no remodeling nor updating, Hotel did not answer 5 emails nor 2 telephone calls. This could be a special hotel under the right management. Sadly, it’s one to avoid now…

4/10 ค่อนข้างดี

The hotel is very old and dirty. The room is not being cleaned (only towel are being replaced): even shampoo / soap / toilet paper are not being taken care. If you want to feel like in the hotels from 1980', this is the place I for you.

8/10 ดีมาก

Excellent and varied breakfast and superb views from the room. The hotel itself was a bit shabby. Worn and dirty furniture in the lobby with dirty windows on the corridor side of our floor. The bathroom fixtures were tired with only luke warm water in the shower available. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Nice hotel, but needs a refresh.

We arrived at 3:00 AM after a long 13-hour trip with the kids. The reception staff member, named Omri, was fantastic to my family, especially at such an early hour. He went out of his way to ensure we had the best possible experience. What a great person!
