unpleasant treatment and no promised service
after a very long drive we have arrive to find out that we were lied about our booking and there is an extra cost for using spa services. it was supposed to be a romantic trip and we drove all the way from Copenhagen to face very rude manager of the hotel and ending up cancelling the stay and destroying the whole long trip

Bra för barnen men mer vandrarhemskänsla
Mysigt lantligt hotell men skulle snarare klassa som två- trestjärnigt. Vandrarhemskänsla. Alldeles för dyrt för vad man fick. Lite slitet och stökigt. Frukosten var inget vidare. Hade buffé som inte ingick för oss, skulle behöva betala mycket även för barnen och enligt den informationen vi fick var det ändå inte barnanpassade rätter eller mycket att välja på. Djuren verkade må bra och det var så mysigt att hälsa på dem. Dock var det ingen anställd där som passade dem och i och med att alla fick hälsa på dem närsomhelst så reagerade jag på det. Ungdomar som lekte med kaninungar som att de inte var speciellt ömtåliga. Var inte på spa. Öppen soptunna vid lekplatsen gjorde att många getingar härjade där.

Vi var 2 par som bodde här. Jätte fina rum, kanske för lite toalett med dusch. Men ska ju inte bo på toaletten så den var ok. Bra mat och frukost. Tiden gick för fort så vi fick aldrig provat spaet,men det får vi göra nästa gång. Trevligt att man kan ta med hundar oxå. Vi tittade på grisarna och fick se små 4 små kattungar. Vi njöt väldigt mycket. Är att rekommendera till andra. För alla . Vi kommer att åka dit igen.

Jätte fint och mysigt, men....
Man får alltid onda ögat av personal på alla hotell när man bokat via agent, i detta fall Hotels.com. Så även här... de rekommenderar att man bokat på deras egna hemsida, det hade blivit billigare o bla bla bla. Vi betalade 3800kr för vistelse, lunch och spa. Vi orkade inte stressa med middag osv, så vi hade med oss eget plock till vårt bubbel på kvällen. Annars skulle deras paket gått på 5500kr ca för oss 3. Så billigare vet jag inte, klart middagen ingår i paketet. Men!!! Till det sämsta... vi står i kön till lunchen, och för att komma in i restaurangen går man förbi en som serverar en enkel välkomstdrink, men vi fick ingen för vi hade inte bokat bord till middagen på kvällen. Fruktansvärt dåligt!!! Hotellet/gården jätte mysig, spa jätte fint och fräscht, men jag väljer att aldrig mer åka dit, just för den lilla detaljen med välkomstdrinken.... man ska vara medveten om att sådana små saker kan göra att folk väljer att inte åka dit fler ggr.
