Hard to believe that this hotel is rated at 4 stars. Plumbing was problematic - shower and sink both had difficulty draining, and there was a foul sulfur like smell emanating from the sink. The buildings exterior has signs of neglect - cracks, peeling/fading paint, heavy rusting on the back gate and rear building fixtures(behind the restaurant) and several sections of wood on the front of the building have fallen off or were dangling. Boards in the pool deck were dry rotting, the ground was visible through several holes. Several lounge chairs also had dry rot on the legs. Ceramic tiles in the pool had mildew, likely indicating improper chlorine levels. Fitness center- surface rusting was present on several barbells, several machines were not serviced and made squeaking noises. The towel service has been discontinued, the steam room and sauna were not operational, and the showers had no hot water. The furniture in the lobby area needs to be cleaned. I stayed here a few years ago, this place was really nice. It is now a shadow of its former self - it's depressing to see how quickly things have changed for the worst. I would not recommend this hotel, it is not worthy of a 4 star rating and not a good value for the rate being changed.

being told i was two hours early to check in had to go back later, left luggage with reception, went out for a walk without power bank, using google map all the time soon drain my battery, spent an hour asked for direction! a joke to find hotel w google map because its down a side street. reception staffs were never proactive ! even the securities n cleaning staffs were more welcoming. there are better choices.

Bad WiFi No sun at the pool .
The P plus is a great hotel to stay as it’s positioned in the right place for Soi Bhukow, room was ok maid service excellent, the swimming pool is ok BUT ... I counted 11 sun beds in the shade all of the day and ONLY 4 in the sun until early afternoon! to many trees blocking the sun !! The wi fi is absolutely terrible in the rooms and have spoken to a few gests says the same thing ! The hotel says it’s a 4 star mmmmm believe me it’s not ! Sort out the wi fi and the pool area !! Will not be coming back till I hear different !
