The location is quite convenient, walking distance to Canal City and Hakata Station. The hotel is very modern and stylish. Our room was spotless clean and very well maintained. The public bath was a great addition to the experience. Though we were upgraded to a bigger room for family, we found it difficult to find enough space to open our two 27” luggages. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We’d stay here again.

Although the hotel is not close to Hakata Station, it is only 10 minutes walk to there. The hotel is quite new and it has a public bath. I found the hotel pretty comfortable.

Thin walls and other guest not closing the door slowly instead of letting the door slam close on its own. Also the super slow elevator not forgetting all of the elevator by default will stop at 2nd floor even though you don't press the button for it.
