"From arrival to departing. Best service and experience with all the staff. Greeted with a smile, glass of juice. Front desk were very helpful on istanbul tours. Chose 3 tours were informative and enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing. So many choices. Catering team 10/10. The porter we had was the best always looking after us.
