"I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Yiwu during my business trip and I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel. As a frequent business traveler, this hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The absolute highlight of my stay was the General Manager, Joyce. She is truly exceptional. Joyce went above and beyond to ensure my business trip was comfortable and productive. She personally checked on me several times, offered helpful recommendations, and handled all my requests promptly and professionally. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel truly valued. It is rare to see a General Manager so hands-on and dedicated to guest satisfaction. Thanks to Joyce’s outstanding leadership and hospitality, my stay became both pleasant and memorable. She is a tremendous asset to this hotel. The hotel facilities are excellent for business travelers. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with a comfortable workspace and fast Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was impeccable every day, and the overall cleanliness is top-notch. The restaurant was also convenient for my busy schedule. The location is perfect for business — it is conveniently close to the Futian Market (Yiwu International Trade City), making daily market visits very efficient. The only small suggestion I have is regarding the fitness center. While the gym is nice and convenient, it would be even better if they offered a wider selection of heavier dumbbells. "The hotel itself was nice. Clean and spacious room. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. The biggest complaint was the club in front of the hotel. That club opens around 10pm and keep the loud music until 3-4 am. Because of that, window and whole room got vibrates. I was able to sleep only 2-4 hours only, which made me sick during my trip. It’a such a nice hotel, but I wouldn’t go there anymore."

"Shangri La Yiwu is more like a 2 to 3 star hotel. It's dated and oldish and the staff are quite lazy and uninterested. Housekeeping is a daily issue and the dirt permeates everywhere. Shangri La Yiwu will leave u angry La.. Will never stay here again .."
