Great staff! Good breakfast, everyone was able to find something to their liking. Our room did have a bathroom door that swung inward making for a slightly awkward entry and exit, but livable with. The free arcade room and pool was a hit with my grandchild, she didn't get a chance to try out the miniature golf course, but it looked pretty good. The only negatives were rather picky. Ice machine and drinks machine were both out of order on the first floor, but worked fine on the second. The spa worked fine, but was not heated. If that is the worst I could come up with, then by all means would stay here again! 10 minute drive to Seaworld on a Monday morning.

Very nice easy check in. Room was great. Bed comfortable. Clean easy accessible for a senior bathrooom. TV channels werent what the guide said they were but at least you had channels of good variety to watch.

The shower in my room was not functioning properly, as water was spilling out onto the bathroom floor during use. Additionally, the pool towels provided were not clean; one even had chewing gum stuck to it. Furthermore, I noticed a piece of food on the windowsill in my bedroom.
