My kids really enjoyed the robot, Banffy and the staff were really great! Tub in bathroom was in rough shape and the layout of room a bit odd but otherwise it was great!

Nice hotel. Close enough to the rest of downtown to get access to the buses or garden, but far enough so you can have a nice walk after dinner.

Excellent stay
My stay was great. Although I do wish at check in the front desk could have mentioned the ticket availability at the hotel for gondola and ice walk. No one was behind me so there was no rush. I also thought that my room didn’t have a smart TV, just apps. Maybe it was a smart TV and I didn’t check good. Found the blankets a little sparse and not too soft. The TV in the fitness room is not working. And the safety clip on the treadmill is broken. The restaurant The Evergreen was amazing! Meals beat our other higher end meal at the Waldhaus by a mile. Excellent food. Pool is clean and beautiful. Definitely stay here regularly and enjoy.

A nice stay in Banff
Clean, comfortable and spacious room—we had a junior suite. Nice amenities and loved the gas fireplace. The pool and hot tub area were nice, though not very large.
In general the decor is showing its age, but is well maintained.

Wonderful place to stay. Close, walkable distance to shopping and dining options. Staff always pleasant and very helpful, including their robot :). Rooms were very clean and comfortable and absolutely loved the fireplace. Pool is small but beautiful, hot tub and sauna were amazing. Parking is a bit tight but other option (street parking) is available if timing is right.
