From the time we pulled up to check in every staff member was polite, informative and helpful. The hotel location is great, the ocean view amazing and decor wonderful. Our room was very large and well appointed. The hotel gym was above the normal and the swimming pool large with great music playing. Will definitely return for future stays.

Simply the Best!

This hotel was perfect in every way. Right on the beach, great pool for kids, the Landshark restaurant was delicious and not overly priced, we could walk to anywhere we wanted. We went with a 2.5 year old and a 9 mo old. Breakfast at the Metro half a mile down the road is a must! And of course we walked to Joe’s Crab Shack for some crab legs. I can’t rave enough about the hotel!

Great beach location. Pleased with the ocean view king room with balcony. We requested a room cleaning and new towels one of our days but this was not done. Staff was great to work with. Nice to have the restaurant and bar onsite. Beach services were provided by a third party but need to contact day before if you want chairs set up by 9 AM.

Better than expected!

We were celebrating our 32nd anniversary. First time staying on Jax Beach. There weren't many amenities, but it was better than expected and nicer than our beaches in Central Florida. The staff was great! Mike and Renata were so friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay the way we wanted. The bar staff were friendly as well. Landshark restaurant was overly priced for what they offer. The one in Daytona Beach is much better. Area was great, just didn't like the practically forced valet parking because there are no other free options.
