Very nice, clean place! Fitness room and hot tub were great. Continental breakfast good and free coffee was a nice touch. Wish they offered a sugar free creamer option and an area info/attractions booklet would be nice to have in the room. I would stay here again!

We got stranded in Kansas City due to the winter storm. Luckily we were able to book a room here. They had an airport shuttle that was running even as everything else was shutting down. Check in was smooth, especially as a lot of people were calling and checking in. The employees were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was included and it was busy but the staff was working hard to replenish everything to feed everyone who was there. Overall, we’re glad we were able to get a room here with everything going on and big thanks to their employees for handling everything so well

Their policy, on taking breakfast back to your room was lacking to say the least, everything else was fine. You could have outside food, there is a mini fridge, and microwave, but you could not take breakfast back to your room for some reason.
