Lacking in Customer Service
Super nice hotel! However we were in town for a 1 night stay before a cruise and the morning of our checkout the shower was not usable due to a malfunction. We spoke with someone at the front desk and were told someone would be right up however no one came til an hour and a half later. At that point we had an hour til checkout and no way for a family of 4 to use the shower. During checkout we asked to speak with someone but were told the manager on duty was out and we would be contacted by phone later. When we were contacted Marriott instead of being offered any sort of compensation we were asked to join their rewards club? We don’t expect to have the entire night compensated but we feel something should be done considering the circumstances.
