Subject: Request for Refund Due to Misleading Amenity Information
Dear Customer Service Team,
I recently stayed at [days inn wyndham ann arbor], which I booked through Hotels.com, primarily due to the advertised amenities—specifically the jacuzzi and pool. Although this motel was a 30 km drive from our intended destination, I chose it because my wife was looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi after a long work week, and my kids were eager to swim.
However, upon arrival at 8 pm, I was informed by the front desk that there was no jacuzzi. Additionally, the pool was located in a separate building, requiring us to walk outside in the cold to access it. This setup was not communicated in advance and was highly disappointing for my family, leading to a stressful stay rather than the relaxing experience we had anticipated.
Given the inconvenience, unexpected travel distance, and additional gas expenses, I kindly request a partial refund to reflect the lack of promised amenities. I trust that Hotels.com values customer satisfaction and transparency, and I look forward to a prompt resolution.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Majid Guessous
