Ótima hospedagem! Em 3 minutos eu estava na rua principal de Paraty e em 10 min andando tranquilamente eu estava na ponta do cais quase dentro do barco. Café da manhã ótimo e é uma das primeiras pousadas custo benefício que vou que há uma variedade boa de café da manhã. O que me impressionou muito foi a calmaria do local, eu estava super próxima da rua principal mas sem o alvoroço de uma rua principal. Voltando em Paraty voltaria mais vezes. Elogio extra à recepcionista da manhã e a arrumadeira da manhã, duas queridas e super gentis comigo e meu namorado :)

This hotel is more like a youth hostel
this hotel has a good location and the grounds have potential, however the owner is obviously using it as a cash cow with no maintenance or investment. The Our room was more like a private room in a youth hostel than a hotel. There was an exposed wire in the shower so we didn't use it . The bedsheets did not fit and could not be tucked in so the matress was exposed when we slept. The rooms were small and dingy. the desk clerk acknowledged she understood we would stay 2 nights instead of three at arrival,but later was surprised when we left as planned. We left early because of the room.It was overpriced and uncomfortable . The staff was nice and helpful.

Café e quartos bons, estacionamento apertado. Bem próximo ao centro histórico da pra fazer tudo a pé. Andamos por tudo mas acabamos comendo sempre no restaurante da pousada que é muito bom, tem almoço e janta (terceirizado) ou na esquina quase na frente tem rodízio de PIZZAS e ao lado lancheria com vídeo game para as crianças

Quarto diferente do reservado
Cheguei com chuva e a recepção estava às voltas com check-in de um grupo grande. Fomos instalados num quarto sem varanda. Estávamos muito cansados da viagem longa e com chuva. A internet devia estar ruim pois não consegui verificar minha reserva no Hoteis.com. Apenas no dia seguinte pude confirmar que o quarto entregue era diferente do reservado. A recepcionista ainda disse que "superior" era uma classificação que não significava ter varanda e que apenas alguns quartos superiores tinham varanda. Como eu só passei 1 noite no hotel, fiquei no prejuízo pois paguei quase R$50,00 a mais por uma varanda que não recebi. Muita desorganização do hotel não ter atenção à reserva do cliente. Paciência. Nem tive desconto na diária pois o gerente só chegaria às 15h e eu precisava seguir viagem. Agora, já fiquei no prejuizo.

Terrível, mil imprevistos em 2 dias, a maioria das copeiras mal humorado, o lugar não tem espaço o suficiente para atender os hóspedes na parte do café, sem mesas,copos, talheres suficiente para os hóspedes, na alimentação só tinha bolo e pão, não frios, nem suco natural, o suco era Tang, o atendimento é horrível, paredes do banheiro com mofo, sem contar, que aí chegar ao quarto a tv não funcionava e nem o chuveiro , ao amanhecer éramos acordados com a faxineira fazendo barulho ao varrer em nossa porta
