This place was my own personal hell. Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly. The first night, the HVAC unit was about 2 feet from my face in bed and came on every 45 seconds or so. Staff were very kind in the morning and moved me to another room. The HVAC situation was better in that room the second night but I got woken up by a woman in the next room over talking nonstop for about an hour between 4:45 and 5:45 am. I could hear every word. Yes it's a downtown hotel, the street noise was to be expected but that didn't bother me so much. Hearing my next door neighbor so well, that bothered me. 1 of their 2 elevators was broken. From the reviews I read, it has been broken for about 2 months. No problem, I can take the stairs. There is one set of stairs, way in the back. At the bottom of the stairs is a garbage can, open top, full of garbage. It remained there for the duration of my stay, partially blocking the stairs at the bottom. Maybe that could have been moved, considering the elevator situation? I was booked for a third night but I could not continue to stay there so I just left. I didn't even have the energy to ask for a refund and staff didn't ask if there was a problem. Save yourself, spend the extra $50 or $100 a night and stay at a better place. I'll never stay here again.
