Reservation not provided - Double booking
Despite our reservation having been confirmed, the person we contacted on the phone the day before arriving said that she had no trace of our reservation.... She said she was only doing AirB&B. She was full and said there no way she would accommodate us despite our reservation having been made nearly 3 months before. The person on the phone was unpleasant. I asked her to find a solution but she was extremely unhelpful. It seems to me that this hotel uses several partners to optimize their room utilization and they do not care about the effects of double booking on their customers.
You can't rely on your reservation as it may the booked room may be offered to somebody else.
It is extremely unprofessional.
My advice is Do Not Book this Hotel
