Our stay at Jazz was amazing. Service was great from the moment we arrived and managed to get in our room at 1pm instead of 3pm which is the normal check in time. Room was lovely and clean, great view of the arena and great little adds ons like the use of a speaker provided by the hotel. We had a lovely stay here for two nights in a family room. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. We appreciated the little touches, such as the kids welcome pack, refreshed water and coffee, and sweets in reception. The free shuttle service to and from the free ferry was much appreciated too!
Great experience from start to finish (booking process was seemless as well). This was our 2nd time staying at the Sir Adam Hotel and will certainly be staying again! The staff are extremely friendly and thoughtful. Quite a ‘funky’ place but in a good way with very helpful and friendly staff, great on location facilities. The room was small but had everything I needed and a great view over the urban cityscape. The Metro is on the door step and quick and cheap into central Amsterdam. The area felt safe and quiet - there is quite a large road in front of the hotel but I never heard any noise from it. Would certainly book again if I go back to Amsterdam, great value and location.
