The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was clean but the extractor fan wasn't working. The common area had nice sofas and skylight.
Never saw any staff but they respond quickly if you call and everything was self service.
The windows don't seem to stay open which made it hard to air out the room so it smelled stale.
I stayed in a comfortable single room at the Palads Hotel, very clean with good facilities. Lovely breakfast selection and all the staff I spoke to could not be more helpful.
Great location in Viborg to take in the atmosphere and Danish architecture
Te property is in excellent condition and it has clearly had an extensive refurbishment to a high standard. The check in was the easiest i can remember. On arrival the key was waiting for me. The room was very comfortable and had good WIfI access. Ther was a kitchenette and large TV/Games room with plenty of tea and coffee.
The location of the hotel lends itself to a very peaceful and relaxing stay making an excellent base for those looking for some tranquil surroundings.

Motel was clean, easy to find and good parking. Ideal for business. Even arriving late was easy to pick up the key. Coffee and tea available, and fridges to store food etc. I will stay there again next time.
Due to flight problems I arrived later at the hotel than planned - I phoned ahead to advise - staff kindly left out my key and still had the restaurant going so were happy to give me refreshments.
