Iberostar Waves Creta Panorama & Mare
"You cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were bright, spacious and the beds were oh so comfortable. There was a wide and varied choice of food. But I think what stands out the most was the exceptional staff. Their customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and helpful. I would especially like to mention both Lisa Smith in guest services and Despina who was serving in the water park bar. Both went out of their way to be kind, helpful and extremely friendly. I would also like to mention the new water park. The variety of slides appeals to all ages and the splash pad is excellent for smaller guests. Overall we had a fantastic stay."
May Beach Hotel
"Helpful personal"
Grecotel Marine Palace & Aqua Park
"Well thought out for families, still allowing sufficient space for privacy/quiet time for a couple with only child. Lots of activities and areas for our child to make friends. Excellent food, all the staff (particularly the unsung service heroes) were superb. A wonderful experience. Book any restaurant meals as early as possible!"

The Syntopia Hotel
"We stayed at the Syntopia Hotel for our summer holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they put in extra effort to get to know you and ensure you are having a lovely holiday. A few days into our holiday, they were automatically bringing our favourite drinks to our table at meal times which was very lovely! The food had such a good variety with a different focus every other night. We particularly enjoyed the Asian night. We would recommend staying at the Syntopia to everyone!"
The Royal Blue
"We love the royal blue. It’s our third visit to this resort and it doesn’t disappoint. This sister hotel next door royal senses is also great and has water slides which is fun for the family. The beach is also really lovely and great for snorkelling and swimming."
Oros Luxury Beach Resort
"Everything was simply perfect. From the beautiful pool-access room to the exceptional kindness and hospitality of the staff, every detail felt special. The hotel manager personally walked us to the dining room on our first visit, and Nikos from one of the hotel’s impressive restaurants was absolutely amazing. The spa is also fantastic and even offers hairdressing services. Simply wow. If you’re visiting Crete, don’t miss the chance to stay at OROS. An unforgettable experience!"
Mary Hotel & Mary Royal Suites
"Great location. Parking easy and close. Walk to good restaurants and to the beach. Excellent staff! Would definitely recommend!"
Nalu Resort & Spa
