Bathroom with bathtub, unfortunately the water temperature of shower wouldn't adjust to and it remained boiling hot.

and the gardens. The room was great too with an incredible bathroom - rainfall shower and massive tub - but it was unseasonably hot when I stayed and there was only a portable AC unit to use. It was a bit musty and had to be constantly refilled with ice, which was a bit of a challenge to maintain. "

"A great spa hotel. Rural setting. Very close to the beach for a walk. An older property, but very quiet and comfortable with a good selection of teas/coffee in the room. Could do with a TV upgrade (just terrestrial TV) but other than that excellent. Log fires and small cosy rooms to sit in. Food was excellent, well worth dining in. The spa has a very nice heated

We appreciated the evening turn down service but the maid service was erratic turning up at 8.45 was a bit early then disappeared until lunchtime when two sets turned up within 10 minutes of each other. The hotel and grounds were lovely, however our room was way too hot and stuffy and we slept so badly, we didn't have breakfast included but were told we were unable to order a proper coffee the next morning which is a shame before a long journey.
