Not for families - felt very unsafe!
This was by far the worst hotel experience that my family and I have ever had. I was uncomfortable and I would even say, even scared, for the full 15 minutes that we were there. Our door, while it did lock, was able to be easily pushed in on both the top and bottom of the door which gave almost completely when given any force. As a father, I was scared for my family in what felt and looked like a, pay by the hour, motel experience. We took a video of our door, and before we even putting our bags down, decided as a family that we were too uncomfortable, and felt too unsafe, to consider staying at this establishment. The lady at the desk was nice enough, but she was unable to process a refund and left us to seek a discount from hotels.com as we ended up leaving within 15 minutes and paying more money to rent a room at a hotel elsewhere. Subamos una estrella!
En general fue buena, pues solo fuimos a dormir. Solo algún detallito como estos que deberían de mejorar; no tenía cafetera la habitación, el supuesto desayuno incluido exageradamente pobre y el personal no es bilingüe. Si mejoran esos tres detalles pueden subir alguna estrella😉la ubicación es buena.

Do not book this hotel it's filthy
When we arrived we had been travelling for almost twenty hours and just wanted a bite to eat and sleep. We chose this hotel based mainly from the photos listed on hotel.com website. It looked clean and modern, no frills, but we only booked it for one night as a jumping-off point for our road trip around Florida. After checking in at a rather shabby looking reception we made our way to our room. The first sight that greeted us was the stainless steel coat stand. It was covered from top to bottom in rust and dirt, we wouldn’t even touch it-let alone hang our clothes from it! And it only got worse the more we looked around. We can tolerate shabby, tired looking, dated rooms but what we couldn’t tolerate was the filthy state it was in. We took photos of particular areas where this was most obvious but unable to upload to this review. We did not have the time nor energy to switch to another hotel so unfortunately had to endure the night. The photos on hotel.com’s website were nowhere near an accurate reflection of the room; they were either taken long ago or have been heavily photoshopped.We rarely post negative reviews, we travel extensively and have an easy going attitude to life, we know hotels can’t get it right all of the time and as long as the rooms we book are more or less in keeping with the description shown, we are happy enough. Occasionally though when confronted with a situation such as this, we feel the need to warn others. DO NOT BOOK

Left Upon Seeing The Room
We checked in to the hotel and found out from the desk agent that the pool was closed- disappointing for a Florida trip, but not a deal breaker with the beach a very short drive away. We walked into the room to find it looked like some cleaning had been done, but the room was still highly scented of urine. The queen sized bed had one naked pillow (no pillow case) and one thin white sheet as bedding. Not at all suitable for two people. We immediately returned to the desk to cancel our stay and request a refund. Office staff were very apologetic and accommodating of our request.

Do not stay here
This place was horrible. Dirty and not one thing looked like the pictures on here. The manager was rude said he would give me a discount but when I went to leave no one knew anything about it! The fire escape had no handles on the doors so you can only get out on the floors they choose you can. Sheets were dirty, key cards didn’t work ever, holes in curtains, bathroom gross and everything stayed damp, bathroom door hinges were painted so after 5 mins we got them to move the door didn’t close….we also saw a homeless guy releaving himself right out front full out squatting and all. I get that’s not the fault of the hotel but just added to the issues. oh and no gift shop lol not even as much as an apology.

Terrible experience in the hotel.
The hotel is in very bad conditions, most of the doors are broken, the entire hotel smells like marijuana all the time, including bed sheets. The rooms and bathroom are not cleaned properly, we saw cockroaches. I strongly recommend people avoid booking this hotel. The only thing that was great was the receptionist support to print some pages for us.

Dont. Even if you’re cheap and desperate. No.
If I still had the picture of the roach I seen I would post it. When I told front desk they said they will tell maintenance about it. Must’ve had a leak somewhere hallway in-front of our room was soaking wet and it’s carpet. If you the type of person who don’t care and want a place just to sleep and wash. This is not it. If it’s last minute and you’re desperate. This is not it. If you’re cheap. Save yourself the time. My 2 yr old walked the halls with her nose covered. The doors look like they pry them open with tools. A door was kicked in on a few rooms. The reviews have to be bots cause no.

Think twice before booking here!
This booking was a nightmare. Our flight was delayed by four hours out of Chicago. I had tried numerous times to reach this hotel to let them know that we would be late. They did not answer the phone except for two times and then they put me on hold and we were disconnected. When I showed up for my reservation. They said they counted me as a no-show and they had no rooms available. We ended up spending the early morning hours in their lobby that was very cold and uncomfortable. I had tried to even email them or text them about my delay but they failed to acknowledge the text or email email. So think twice before you would ever book this hotel. It was in need of updates. The public bathroom had no soap to wash your hands and no paper towels to dry them. There was nothing close by for grabbing something for breakfast.

Hotel smelt of Marijuana
Tired hotel. Smelt of Marijuana on all floors. No towels for a shower provide. Black out curtains let in light. Sticky floor. Bedroom doors on floors looked like they had been broken / kicked in. Pictures on website say gift shop restaurant all boarded up + shut . No plug socket located for coffee pot . Coffee weak and cold . Only 1 pillow per person . No duvet on 1 bed

Just no.
This hotel feels like staying at an institution. Sketchy clientele, disinterested staff, basically no furniture even though there’s space in the room, sink didn’t drain, shower had one setting (like a power washer), outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, no plugs near the bed, fire pull stations are all missing their pull bars, smoke detector on first floor chirping, wet carpets with strong mold smell, AND all of the exit doors to the sides and rear of the building are locked at all times (so you can’t get out the nearest exit in an emergency). Pretty horrible accommodations. Don’t be fooled by the photos. Would never recommend.

Last resort hotel.
Promised: TV, coffee pot, room service, AC , restaurant/bar downstairs. We got the TV 2 days in, with a whipping 11 channels. Never got a coffee pot, but staff offered us the grounds, just nothing to make them in. Phone for room service Wayne even plugged in, no cord to plug it in either, doubt it would work if it did, 1980s tech at best. AC wasn't powered up till the next day and it struggled. Restaurant/bar never opened in the 2 weeks were there.

No tuvimos experiencia. El hotel no le importo las reservas que uno tenía y simplemente dijeron q no tenían espacio. Gracias a Dios hoteles.com resolvió de mejor manera. El trato de las personas terrible
