Well, the front-desk excuses start immediately when we arrive.
First our magnetic card to open our hotel room doesn't work. Front-desk told us that it broke yesterday.
When we go to the spa center the pool was not warm enough and the help there told us that the pool heater broke up yesterday.
Our room was pretty big, but some of the lamps doesn't work. All the TVs were turned off from switch cable and the antenna TV was disabled. We had to switch/turn/plug them on all by ourselves if we wanted to watch some TV.
On dinner we wanted to order some pizza, but the server told us that the over broke yesterday.
So ... I think this hotel must be called "Yesterday"
