A gem at Porto airport
Friendly welcome on arrival and collected by shuttle as it was raining. Beautiful modern rooms each with a unique Porto design. Smart TV so connection to your Netflix account is possible. Very comfortable sleep. Bountiful breakfast basket delivered to the room in the morning. Wonderful staff. I loved my one night stay here and would return.

Nice boutique hotel. Literally ~5min away from the airport. Friendly staff. I have a very early flight— a shuttle bus and breakfast were ready for me at 4am! It is situated right next to a busy road, so expect some noises.

A very short walk from Airport and Metro
We landed at Porto airport at 11pm and by 11:20 had walked to the hotel, checked in and found our room. The next morning a delightful breakfast basket was delivered. It was all we needed for a good night’s sleep.

Sehr gutes, kleines Flughafen-Hotel
Wir waren vom Service des Hotels sehr positiv überrascht - extrem freundliche Mitarbeiter, Sekt u. Kuchen zur Begrüßung. Die Lage ist super u. obwohl wir ein Zimmer zur Straße hatten, konnten wir sehr gut schlafen, da das Zimmer doppelte Fenster hatte u. somit vom Lärm draußen nichts zu hören war. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sehr funktional und für eine letzte Übernachtung aufgrund frühen Abflugs für uns hervorragend. In der Nähe befindet sich auch noch ein sehr gutes portugiesisches Restaurant.

Excellent accommodation walkable to airport
Very short walk to airport, also to bus stop for getting to various locations in the city. Flexible, friendly check-in. Very compact, modern room, with small ensuite shower room - walls of shower room didn't go right up to the ceiling, but it had a very good extractor fan. Free drinks provided in mini bar! Good buffet breakfast delivered whatever time you want it - included flasks with hot water and milk, tea bags etc to make drinks, rolls with cheese and ham, scrambled egg, yogurt, fruit etc. A great service but we were woken by them knocking on another guest's room at 4am! We didn't have time to eat it all so we made up the rolls for taking to the airport.

Great night stay for early departure!
Great stay for overnight before the flight out in the AM. Staff were friendly and helpful, but minimal. No food at hotel, but restaurants nearby or can be ordered through UberEats. Shuttle in the AM was easy (even if very close by the airport) Breakfast to go bag was made even at 2:50AM!!

An amazing property to stay at near the airport and local bus service to sights around Porto. Clean, extremely accommodating staff, excellent hotel. I highly recommend.

Never do reviews but had to on this one!
This hotel is awesome. Walking distance to airport gates and check-in but also walking distance to a little neighborhood. After checking and settling in we were greeted with a welcome glass of champagne and sweet bread. Our friends from Porto were picking us up at the exact time and Solar brought out two more glasses of champagne for our friends, so cool. The next morning we had an early flight and were brought an amazing basket of breakfast goodies. This place is spectacular, so friendly, best location when traveling, and just full of personal touches. Recommended to friends doing the Camino in a few weeks but unfortunately since this is a boutique hotel they were sold out. One of a kind place, book it now.

Deuxième fois que nous venons, Acceuil excellent, ils parlent français anglais et portugais. Un mini bar avec des boissons comprises dans le prix de la chambre. Un très bon petit déjeuner. Une route à traverser et vous êtes à l’aéroport. 5 minutes à pied. Je recommande

An amazing one night stay at this boutique hotel before we flew home after our European holiday. We had a small but well equipped and comfortable room, great service including a breakfast basket wake up call and ride to the airport all included.

LOVED the unexpected
We stayed at 7 hotels prior to this during our 2 was Europe vacation. We intended Solar to be a late night check in prior to catching long flight back to the states so we weren’t looking for frills and wanted to save Money. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, while the lodging looks to be a modular type structure, the room cozy tiny and exactly what I expected, it’s the tiny things that wowed our hotel jaded opinion. First the room had charming touches like the gilded designs on the cool metal furniture and headboard of Porto buildings structures, balconies, the closet of sardines, rooster … all iconic themes or Portugal. To our delight the headboard had this cool night light effect that silhouettes the Porto landscape. Then, there was a knock and our welcome cake and wine was an unexpected bonus! The room we were in also had that industrial automatic garage door for opening the window that was totally different from the hotel marathon we’ve been on admittedly a novelty and goes with the storage container vibe in a good way. The bed was comfy, the pillow and throw pillows helped. The bathroom while small was modern, provided amenities and the rain shower and body jets and pressure was consistent. Lastly, they said breakfast would be sent to the room , which was perfect since it gave us time to eat while re-packing. The basket was generous and again a great touch, no skimping and was delish !
