I was not expecting a lobby full of crazy children running around everywhere the entire time we were there, including up until 2am when we went to bed. The room got VERY HOT every night unless you got up and walked by the thermostat so that it would engage the cool air again in the room. None of us slept great, but we survived.

I will never stay at this hotel because it's filthy. The microwave in the lobby area was super dirty.

Great hotel. Near everything so it was very convenient. Good customer service and clean.

It was an amazing hotel, but we thought it was noisy in the rooms. You can hear the hallway noise and the street noise. There wasn't any background noise such as a fan to drown out the noise. We did see where you can a sound kit to help with the noise. Other than this issue, it was a great experience!!
