Terrible is the word. Never ever book. They don’t even pick up calls. What kind of hotel / apartment don’t have anyone responsible to pickup calls when the customer is expected to checkin. I stood in front of the apartment for an hour and the property didn’t pickup calls , didn’t respond to messages and finally I had to book another hotel. This was in the afternoon during regular checkin hours.Even orbitz team couldn’t reach the hotel and after all this they refuse to refund. How sick is that. Don’t recommend anyone to ever book.

Great apartment. Close to metro. Modern, pots and pans to cook some of our own food. Clean inside. Needed more pillows. Neighborhood did seem rough around the apartment.

Liked that it had a full kitchen in an apartment not far from sites.

Great apartment very modern and comfortable . Very central 2 stops to main city center and Milan central station. Staff super helpful. Thank you would come again

we have used Italianway three times and we absolutely recommend it. Very easy check in, they give you all information you need and reply to our inquiries in minutes. The place is great, comfortable and immaculate! very few times I will rate the cleanliness of a place as "immaculate"!!! We will come back and stay with them again.

After staying at 8 different hotels or apartments over 2 months, the unit had the best bed and provided a very usable kitchen. We did think the door lock was complicated as it requires a key fob to unlock the deadbolt.

Very clean, fast response to emails, metro nearby, spacious rooms, quiet.

Booking in is difficult as you have to go to Milan Central station first. Our experience wasn't great as the receptionist gave us the wrong information on how to get to the property as well as incorrect instructions for the keys. The apartment though was great only a 10 minute walk and you were in town. Apartment had a balcony which was great,was newly refurbished with restaurants and bars not far away. Floors were not clean though. Overall once we got settled had a great stay.
