I have a fish allergy and communicated to the hotel prior to and at check-in. The restaurant was never informed properly and not prepared for me. The Michelin Star restaurant, Gallina, was terrible. It took 25 minutes to get still and sparkling water. Service was subpar and not trained to the expectations one would expect at a Michelin Star restaurant. The wine steward spilled as he poured the wine, didn't wipe the bottle and red wine drops were all over the table. We had 2 children that were promised a special menu, but by the time we were served, they told us there was no food for the kids, SO WE LEFT!
MY ADVICE: go to a local taverna. We did and it saved the trip.
