Towels in the room had hair of someone else on it. Staff was not friendly or helpful. They mailed me an empty envelope with my deposit when I should have gotten it back. The room smelled like chemicals. My room's door had to be forced shut. The walls were incredibly thin so I could hear everything happening in the rooms adjacent to mine and above. Would not recommend and would not stay again.

This property is like all the rest, they want your money but they want to do nothing to get it! I paid an extra $60 for housekeeping and linen exchanges. My room went 3 weeks without being cleaned. They have all kinds of excuses why something doesn't get done, but this is just a bad hotel, save your money.

I’m glad I didn’t pay more. Hotel requires a $100 cash deposit. The place appears to serve a pretty marginal customer base. My room was quiet but the blanket was barely more than a sheet. Wash pressure was minimal and room was dingy. Extra charge for WiFi Desk staff were polite and courteous

Got there 45mins before check in time. I was told I had to wait till 3pm. 3pm comes, I was told the system was down and had to wait 51mins, before I was able to check in. If they had just let me check in early when the system was up. A room should have been available. I wasn't compensated for having to wait 51 more minutes, after I could have checked in. I will NEVER book this hotel again!

The ghastly state of the property is the BEST part of this business. The unscrupulous management -- uniform upcharging in every category of the bill, and refusal to give even an oral itemization until AFTER payment, and then refusal to give any written itemization, at all -- bears all the hallmarks of mobsters. They refused me any refund, even after I demanded it and summoned the police. They will be sued, as the police encouraged. AVOID THIS PLACE.

So, the people were nice but the $100 cash deposit plus the extra credit card after purchasing through a third party (Expedia) was really sketchy. Not to mention the place did NOT smell clean and multiple drawers had a sticky stain in them. The room was not what I expected because Expedia said it was a 2 bed room when it was actually one queen. The thing that really sucked were the pillows were incredibly thin and I woke up with neck pain in the morning. The microwave and fridge did work properly though. I definitely won't be staying here again, this place took bare minimum to a whole new level ...

Website says you can check in until 3 am. Arrived at 1:50 am after a long night of driving to nobody at the desk. Call the number listed for after hour needs and am told by the lady that nobody can check in after midnight. I complain and say the website says you can check in until 3. She says the website is wrong. No worries though, she lets me know I can speak with the manager, in the morning. I’ve already paid for my room and just want the key, but was turned away. Ridiculous. Worse place I’ve ever stayed at. I got a call from this place 3 hours before my check in to notify me that they have a $100 cash deposit policy. I found it strange but ok I went ahead and got it. The room itself was terrible. There was a foul odor to the room. The floors felt oily and slippery. The shower barely worked. Upon check out I had to check out at 8am to check a flight back home. Inconveniently their front desk does not open till 9 AM. No one was available to check me out. I had no choice but to leave. I called at 9am to notify them I had checked out and asked how would I receive my deposit and the manager stated that I have to pick it up which I explained to her I couldn’t because no one was available at the front desk when I checked out. She stated that’s policy and that they can’t send me my deposit via refund on my credit card or any other form of electronic payment. So I am out of my deposit!! The manager was extremely unprofessional as I’m trying to find any form of resolution and she hung up on me twice and blocked me from calling back. I can’t believe this happened.

Booked this stay to recover after a surgery only to learn that the mattress which was a queen size was on a double bedframe hanging of. when checking in, we got laid down all these rules and upon entering the room we learned that everything was very basic and a bit outdated. One bar of soap, etc. construction at reception made it hard hear. We ended up leaving after one night. No refund !!

I didnt like the fact that my room wasnt cleaned for the 11 days I was there. I had to take out my own trash to the dumpster outside. Never had to do this at a hotel before. They say bc its an extended stay facility, but this should be highlighted when people are booking. The snack machines take your money but dont work. One out of 4 staff was helpful.
